The folks at Anchor Bay have amassed an extensive collection of workout DVDs, each with five 10-minute workouts. Each 10 minute workout is designed to stand alone for those days when you are too busy to workout. You can also mix and match workouts, using any order and any combination of two, three, four, or all five 10-minute workouts. The “programmable chapters” feature allows you to make your selections, in the order you choose, programming up to 6 selections, meaning you can program all five segments, and repeat one.
Overview of 10 Minute Solution Series
The overview information on the 10 Minute Solution exercise DVDs is from Collage Video, but I have included customer satisfaction ratings from Collage and Amazon. Many of the workouts include both aerobic and toning segments. Hopefully you will be able to figure this out from the summaries. I have also included a short video clip of each exercise DVD.
If you are not familiar with Collage Video, you may want to check out their site. All of their staff are video exercise enthusiasts, and knowledgeable about many of the offerings on the site. They have a live chat feature on the site, or you can call and talk to a staffer to help you make decisions about your purchases. Look for “staff favorite” on many of the exercise DVDs on the site.

The final segment is a toning routine. Dumbbells used.

This seems to be a good way to do a quick workout as anyone can find 10 mins. good hub.
